Incomplete Grade

Incomplete Grade

The student must prove in writing that he or she has a medical or family emergency that precludes the completion of the required course work within the regular semester timeframe to be granted an Incomplete. Incomplete grades are not to be used at the end of the term for a student to avoid a failing grade or for a student to be granted an unofficial extension to complete the necessary and required course work.
