This is a roof-top artist studio that is accessed from and artict loft space below. It is a steel frame structure with translucent panels that are insulated with Aerogel foam. An aluminum sun screen wraps the pavilion to moderate the potential solar gain in the summer while inviting the sun in during the winter.
